Jamie discusses some of the most successful players he's scouted over the years, as well as what a day in the life of a scout is like. He reviews the climate in which Canadian players come up in and compares their situation to that of their American counterparts. He also discusses the recent Jr. national tournament in the Dominican Republic and how important it is in evaluating players.
