14 Canadians listed on Baseball America Top 30 Prospects lists

Junior National Team grad Bo Naylor (Mississauga, Ont.) is the No. 7 ranked prospect in the Cleveland Guardians’ organization.

OTTAWA – Minor leaguers across baseball are currently in spring training at sites across Arizona and Florida, including Canadian pros looking to show off their skills attempting to climb the professional baseball ladder towards the big leagues.

Baseball America has updated their list of the Top 30 Prospects among each of the 30 Major League Baseball clubs with 14 Canadians making appearances.

Included in the 14 Canadians are eight graduates of the Junior National Team program, while Blue Jays’ top 10 prospect Otto Lopez represented Canada in 2019 at the COPABE Pan Am Games Qualifier in Brazil.
