Amanda's album Spring 2017: Jays, Canada, Canuck Jrs.

Where else to start but with Jose Bautista's patented leg kick.

Photographer Amanda Fewer and her husband, Rick, spent 40 days in the Sunshine State this spring.

They flew the Calgary-Toronto-Tampa, but that was just the start of Amanda and Rick’s travels. They drove about 2,000 miles from Dunedin, to Clearwater, Bradenton, Orlando, Miami and back and to St.Pete’s.

In her travels Amanda shot pictures for the Canadian Baseball Network on the Toronto Blue Jays, Team Canada and the Canadian Junior National Team.

All the better to take pictures of the Okotoks Dawgs this summer.

Some of her best ...

You would smile too if you had the kind of spring Francisco Liriano had. He allowed four runs in 18 innings.

RHP Aaron Sanchez has the look of someone coming off an 18-win season and leading the AL in ERA.

Marcus Stroman enjoyed his spring ... which took him to Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego and the World Baseball Classic title and MVP honors.

RP Roberto Osuna looks locked and loaded, ready to go, but opened the season on the disabled list.

Manager John Gibbons and bench coach DeMarlo Hale double check the Blue Jays  lineup.

Who is this salty fellow? Well, it is new back-up C Jarrod Saltalamacchia

INF Shane Opitz is cool as the other side of the pillow.

Amanda made the six-hour drive from Dunedin to Miami (or as my old boss used to say "could you just slide by Miami." After I'd tell him it is actually not sliding distance, but five or six hours he would say "but it looks so close on the map." There Amanda covered the World Baseball Classic.

A fitting tribute ... fans showed in different Larry Walker uniforms to show Hall of Fame suppport for Larry Walker.

And Amanda just didn't take picture of the high rollers.  There she was clicking away as the best high schoolers from across Canada played first and second-year pros.

All-star bat boy Ty Hamilton (Ottawa, Ont.) asks Denzel Clarke (Pickering, Ont.) of the Toronto Mets where the nearest barber shop is.

Coach Mike Johson (Sherwood Park, Alta.) assembles the troops for coach Greg Hamilton to pass on wisdom.

And finally ... the reason so many Canadians want to play baseball ... Sir Larry Walker (Maple Ridge, BC) ...
