BAM! BAM! Jones has top exit velocity at Canadian Futures Showcase

Ontario Blue Jays first baseman Lee Jones (Toronto, Ont.) hit the ball the hardest at the Canadian Futures Showcase at Rogers Centre on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound slugger, who is eligible for the 2025 MLB draft, belted a ball with an exit velocity of 105 mph. That topped a ball socked 104 mph by Toronto Mets first baseman Keegan Russell (Whitby, Ont.)
