Official Okotoks Dawgs News Release

The Okotoks Dawgs were victorious in Lethbridge, defeating the Bulls 9-1 on Friday.

The Dawgs were propelled by stellar pitching and a potent offence. With the victory, the Dawgs move to 14-3 on the season.

Graham Brunner (Sherwood Park, Alta.) turned in a stellar pitching performance. The Dawgs ace pitched six innings and recorded seven strikeouts, while only allowing six hits.

Relief efforts from Quinn Tocheniuk, Connor Robbins and Logan Rumberg backed Brunner’s performance and secured the victory.

Tucker Zdunich (High River, Alta.) led the Dawgs offence, going 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Jacob Morrow, Alejandro Cazorla (Calgary, Alta.), Conner Barnett and Alex Stufft all had multiple hits and an RBI, which helped to blow the game open.

The Dawgs concluded their nine-game road trip going 6-3
