With the Junior National Team and a prospects squad from the Houston Astros locked into a close game, Mother Nature stepped in as a thunderstorm hit the Palm Beach area causing a cancellation of the remainder of the game.

A two-out single in the second inning had given the Astros a 1-0 lead.
