Grant was tabbed the top utility player in the MAAC, following an outstanding rookie season where he earned All-MAAC Rookie Team and All-MAAC Championship honours. The reigning Canisius Male Rookie of the Year batted a Canisius-best .386 with a pair of doubles and 18 RBIs during the 2021 season. He also posted more walks drawn (18) than strikeouts (12).
