The Brian Kerr Memorial Trophy is presented annually by HRD Bat Co. to the player selected as the most proficient in his first year of competition in the IBL.
Kaiden Cardoso, of the London Majors, is the 2024 Brian Kerr Memorial Trophy winner as the IBL Rookie of the Year.
The Abbotsford, B.C., native batted .327 (53-for-162) in 41 games with seven doubles, eight home runs, 28 RBIs and 15 stolen bases.
Cardoso hit successfully in 20 consecutive games this season, the longest streak in the IBL in 2024.
