World Baseball Classic, Inc. (WBCI) has announced the rosters for World Baseball Classic Qualifier scheduled for February 21 to February 25 at the Taipei Dome in Taipei, Taiwan.

Teams representing Chinese Taipei, Nicaragua, South Africa and Spain will participate with the top two teams advancing to the 2026 World Baseball Classic.

The rosters can be viewed in their entirety on the accompanying pages and on WorldBaseballClassic.com. The four teams will compete in round-robin play with the first place team advancing automatically, while the second and third place teams will meet on Tuesday, February 25 to determine the second qualifying team.

The Qualifier will begin on Friday, February 21, marking the first of three consecutive days of doubleheaders. The complete schedule of games is as follows:

Each game of the Taipei World Baseball Classic Qualifier will be available in Taiwan on ELTA, and around the world in English on WorldBaseballClassic.com, MLB.TV, the World Baseball Classic YouTube page, and the World Baseball Classic Facebook page.

The second and final World Baseball Classic Qualifier, featuring the national teams of Brazil, China, Colombia and Germany, will determine the final two entrants for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. The second Qualifier will be played from Sunday, March 2 to Thursday, March 6 at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz. Rosters for the Tucson Qualifier will be announced in the coming weeks.

The World Baseball Classic is sanctioned by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) as the sport’s official World Championship.
