The Okotoks Dawgs had their four-game winning streak snapped on Monday night when they were defeated by the Lethbridge Bulls 4-1.

The Dawgs registered 11 hits in the loss and now own a 30-10 record, which is still good enough for first place in the West division.

Brendan Luther (Mississauga, Ont.) led the Dawgs with three hits and had the lone RBI when he drove in Aidan Rose (Calgary, Alta.) with a single in the seventh inning.

Logan Grant (Chestermere, Alta.) and Alejandro Cazorla (Okotoks, Alta.) also had two-hit nights for the Dawgs.

On the mound, Daniel Hutchison made his first start of the season and allowed three runs on five hits in three innings. Relievers Jace Behnke and Brock Townsend contributed scoreless innings in which they each struck out two batters.

The Dawgs will be back in action on Thursday as they travel to Lethbridge for a rematch with the Bulls.
