Last week featured a little bit of everything from former Ontario Terriers, including a conference championship and All-Conference selections.

MacNeil makes two starts and named Pitcher of the Week, Charleston wins conference

Right-hander Owen MacNeil took to the mound last Monday and delivered six scoreless innings in a 14-0 Charleston victory over West Virginia State. MacNeil allowed one hit, one walk, and struck out 10. The performance earned him Mountain East Conference Pitcher of the Week.

He was back on the mound in Game 3 of the Mountain East Conference tournament against Concord. In that one, he threw a complete game, seven innings and surrendered one run on five hits in a 15-1 win. He issued four walks and struck out seven.

Karosas gets on as Kats take Sub Regional series

It's quite the run the Erie Community College Kats have been on the last few weeks. After SUNY Broome had to forfeit their Regional series, the Kats swept a pair of games from SUNY Adirondack to win the Region 3 Sub Regional series. AJ Karosas chipped in a hit, two walks and three RBIs for the victors. The Kats have now won 22 straight games.

Ellis wins his third

Campbell Ellis tossed five innings and gave up one run on three hits as the Virginia Commonwealth University Rams thumped the University of Massachusetts 26-2 in Game 1 of their three-game series. Ellis walked one and punched out five to improve to 3-4.

He went 3-for-5 with a RBI and a stolen base in a 19-12 Game 1 loss.
