Official London Majors News Release

LONDON, Ont. - The London Majors have signed infielder Tommy Reyes-Cruz.

A native of Montreal, Que., Reyes-Cruz had 22 RBIs with seven walks in 25 games last season with the Sherbrooke Expos. He will be the second Expo to play for the Majors, joining former dual-threat Ismael Pena.

Reyes-Cruz studied Sports Management at Faulkner University where in 2022 he hit .280 with 23 hits in 19 games while playing in the Southern States Athletic Conference. Over his three seasons at Faulkner University, he hit .272 with 10 doubles, five home runs and 69 RBIs.

“Reyes-Cruz will be a good addition to our infield,” said Majors field manager and co-owner Roop Chanderdat. “Defensively, he can play second and third and has proven to be a quality hitter both in college and in the LBMQ.”
