The double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats were rained out but the triple-A Buffalo Bisons and low-A Lansing Lugnuts both won their games on Saturday.

Buffalo Bisons 9, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders 2

The triple-A Buffalo Bisons appear to be enjoying playing the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders as they won their second consecutive game against them by a 9-2 score on Saturday.

The offense was led by Reese McGuire who went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, a walk and two runs scored. Rowdy Tellez was 2-for-4 with two runs and Anthony Alford was 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs. Jason Leblebijian also had a pair of hits, going 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run. Gift Ngoepe drove in a run with a double. Dalton Pompey came out of the game after just one at bat as the DH and was replaced by Tim Lopes.

Justin Dillon continues to impress on the mound for the Bisons, tossing seven innings of one-run ball, striking out three and giving up a solo home run among four hits for his first triple-A win. Sam Moll gave up a run on two hits and a walk with two strikeouts in his inning of work while Al Alburquerque gave up two hits and struck out one in his inning of work.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Binghamton Rumble Ponies

Dunedin Blue Jays 6, Tampa Tarpons 7

The class-A Advanced Dunedin Blue Jays got their offence going to score six runs but the pitchers couldn't hold off the powerhouse Tampa Tarpons, who scored seven runs in a 7-6 win over Dunedin.

Logan Warmoth continues his hot streak, going 2-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and a run while Riley Adams was 2-for-5 with a double, a home run, three RBI and two runs. Bradley Jones was 2-for-5 with two runs. Kacy Clemens was 0-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base while Rodrigo Orozco was 1-for-3 with a walk.

Josh DeGraaf started in his return to Dunedin, tossing six innings and giving up four runs (three earned) to go with a season-high eight strikeouts after allowing seven hits and a walk. Connor Eller took the loss, giving up three runs (one earned) on three hits and a walk with one strikeout. Ty Tice allowed a walk in the eighth inning.

Lansing Lugnuts 3, Bowling Green Hot Rods 2

The Bowling Green Hot Rods arrived in town and the Lansing Lugnuts got three runs in the first inning and were able to hold off the Hot Rods with a 3-2 win.

Kevin Smith went deep for his seventh home run, going 1-for-4 with two RBI. Brock Lundquist was 1-for-2 with a walk and a run while Chavez Young was 1-for-3 with a hit, a walk, a run and an outfield assist and Yeltsin Gudino had a hit and an RBI.

On the mound, Maverik Buffo held the Hot Rods to two runs on eight hits and two walks with four strikeouts over five innings. Donnie Sellers relieved, scattering three hits and three walks over four innings, striking out one and earning the first save of his professional career.
