Buffalo Bisons 2, Lehigh Valley IronPigs (PHI) 1
The Buffalo Bisons (34-24) got a strong performance out of the pitching staff, beating the Lehigh Valley IronPigs 2-1.
Starting was Thomas Hatch, who dominated, allowing just one run on three hits with six strikeouts in five innings. Ryan Borucki got in a scoreless frame, allowing a hit and striking out one in the sixth while Travis Bergen did the same in the seventh. Curtis Taylor (Port Coquitlam, B.C.) surrendered just a hit in the eighth and Hobie Harris finished it up with a scoreless ninth, striking out one.
Cullen Large was 2-for-3 with a run while Logan Warmoth was 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run. Nash Knight was 1-for-2 with a double, a walk, and an RBI. Tyler White and Kevin Smith were both 1-for-4.

Roster Notes: Jackson McClelland was released and Anthony Castro was optioned to the the Bisons. Kevin Vicuna was sent from Buffalo to New Hampshire and Bowden Francis, traded for Rowdy Tellez, was activated.
New Hampshire Fisher Cats 11, Hartford Yard Goats (COL) 5
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (25-32) rallied in the late innings to take a lead and beat the Hartford Yard Goats 11-5.
Vinny Capra's incredible season continues as he went 4-for-5 with a double, a triple, five RBI and a run. Otto Lopez (Montreal, Que.) was 3-for-6 with three runs while Jordan Groshans was 3-for-4 with a double, a walk and two runs. LJ Talley was 2-for-5 with a double and a home run, driving in three and scoring twice while Kevin Vicuna was 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI. Austin Martin was 1-for-3 with two walks and two runs and Chavez Young was 1-for-5 with a walk, scoring a run.
Elvis Luciano had a rough start, allowing three home runs, totalling five runs (three earned) on seven hits with two walks, striking out four in five innings. Johnny Barbato walked two and struck out three in one inning. Jon Harris walked one and struck out two in one inning and Graham Spraker walked two and struck out two in the eighth and Kyle Johnston struck out two in the ninth.

Roster Notes: Emerson Jimenez was activated from the injured list while Austin Martin was activated from the temporarily inactive list. Cre Finfrock was placed on the injured list and Kevin Vicuna was assigned to New Hampshire from Buffalo.
Vancouver Canadians 3, Hillsboro Hops (ARI)
The Vancouver Canadians (31-30) scored one in the eighth and beat the Hillsboro Hops 3-2.
Spencer Horwitz was 3-for-5 and Ronny Brito was 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and a run. Davis Schneider was 1-for-4 with a home run and Eric Rivera was 1-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a run. Ryan Gold was 1-for-5 as was Sebastian Espino, who also drove in a run. Tanner Morris was 1-for-3 with two walks and Luis De Los Santos was 1-for-4 with a walk.
Luis Quinones struggled with his control but only allowed one run on four hits with five walks and five strikeouts in four innings. Brandon Eisert got the win, allowing a run on three hits with a walk and three strikeouts in three innings. Justin Maese struck out one in two innings for the save.

Dunedin Blue Jays 9, Clearwater Threshers (PHI) 1
The Dunedin Blue Jays (24-36) beat up on the Clearwater Threshers 9-1.
Addison Barger (2-for-5, HR, BB, 2 RBI, R, SB) and Orelvis Martinez (1-for-5, HR, 2 RBI) hit home runs for the Blue Jays while Harrison Ray was 2-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and a run and Steward Berroa was 2-for-4 with a walk, two stolen bases and a run. Miguel Hiraldo was 1-for-3 with a double, two walks, a stolen base and two runs and Dasan Brown (Oakville, Ont.) was 1-for-5 with a walk, two RBI, a run and a stolen base.
Nathanael Perez gave up a run on two hits (one HR) with two walks and two strikeouts in three innings before Elixon Caballero allowed a hit and a walk with two strikeouts in two innings. Rafael Monsion struck out one in one inning and Julian Valdez allowed a hit and a run with a strikeout in two innings. Gabriel Ponce finished it off and allowed a hit and struck out one in the ninth.

FCL Blue Jays 10, FCL Tigers West 1
The FCL Blue Jays (5-4) beat up on the FCL Tigers West 10-1.
Rikelvin De Castro went 3-for-5 with a triple and three RBI and two runs to lead the club while Adriel Sotolongo was 1-for-4 with a home run and three RBI while Willfrann Astudillo was 1-for-1 with a solo home run. JJ D'Orazio was 2-for-3 with a triple and Jose Rivas was 1-for-4 with a run. Adrian Montero was 1-for-1 with an RBI and Rainer Nunez was 1-for-3 with a walk and a run.
Yaifer Perdomo started, striking out eight in four innings, allowing a run on three hits while Kelvin Perez struck out one in two innings. Eliezer Medrano allowed two hits and a walk in two innings, striking out one. Jeury Hiciano walked one and struck out two in the ninth.

DSL Blue Jays 3, DSL Padres 4
The Dominican Summer League Blue Jays went to 1-1 on the season by losing to the DSL Padres 4-3.
Yhoangel Aponte was 1-for-3 with a walk and a run while Yeuni Munoz was 1-for-3 with a double and a walk, driving in two runs and scoring once. Victor Arias went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Endri Garcia was 1-for-3.
Darwin Cruz went 3 2/3 innings, giving up three hits and three walks but not runs and striking out three. Brahiam Jimenez tossed two innings, allowing an unearned run on three hits and a walk, striking out three. Francis Mercedes allowed two runs on a hit and a walk in 2/3 of an inning and Angel Santana gave up a run to take the loss on one hit in 1 2/3 innings.
