With all six Toronto Blue Jays’ minor league affiliates in action on Saturday, the clubs were 4-2.
Buffalo Bisons 6, Syracuse Mets (NYM) 3
The Buffalo Bisons (43-25) doubled up the Syracuse Mets, beating them 6-3.
Returning to the Buffalo lineup was Forrest Wall who went 2-for-4 with two runs and a stolen base but the club also smashed three home runs in support of the pitchers. Kevin Smith was 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs while Tyler White was 2-for-4 with a walk, a home run, a double, three RBI and a run. Nash Knight mashed a home run, going 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run. Anthony Morales was 1-for-3 in his Triple-A debut, taking a walk.
Tommy Milone went one inning, allowing an unearned run on two hits and a walk before Jeremy Beasley provided two scoreless innings, giving up a hit and two walks with four strikeouts. Connor Overton gave up two runs on six hits with one strikeout in 3 1/3 innings before John Axford (Port Dover, Ont.) shut the door, allowing just a hit and striking out three in 1 2/3 innings and Dany Jimenez walked one in the ninth for the save.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 0, Reading Fightin Phils (PHI) 6
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (30-37) couldn't get the offence going, fallling 6-0 to the Reading Fightin Phils.
With just five hits overall, the Fisher Cats' offence was a bit anemic. Only Reggie Pruitt (1-for-3) hit an extra-base hit, smacking a double while Austin Martin (1-for-4), Samad Taylor (1-for-3, BB), Jordan Gorshans (1-for-4) and Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) (1-for-4, SB) had singles.
Luis Quinones made his double-A debut and was hit around, giving up six runs on three hits and four walks with four strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings. After allowing all three inherited runners to score, Mike Ellenbest pitched 2 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing two hits and a walk with four strikeouts. Graham Spraker also struck out four in two innings, allowing a hit while Fitz Stadler struck out two in the ninth, giving up a hit and a walk.

Vancouver Canadians 7, Everett AquaSox (SEA) 6
The Vancouver Canadians (33-38) rallied late in the game, scoring four in the eighth and then two in the 10th to walk off with a win against the Everett AquaSox 7-6.
Sebastian Espino continues his strong season, going 1-for-4 with a home run, a walk, two RBI and a run while Ryan Gold was 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and a run. Ronny Brito was 1-for-3 with two walks, an RBI and two runs but also committed two errors at third base while Philip Clarke was 1-for-4 with an RBI and two runs. Spencer Horwitz was 1-for-4 with a walk and a run and Luis De Los Santos was 1-for-6 with a RBI.
Starter Brian Rapp allowed three runs (one earned) on two hits and three walks, striking out two in 2 2/3 innings and Sean Mellen provided 3 1/3 innings of hitless, runless, walkless ball, striking out four. Justin Maese allowed a run on two hits and two walks in two innings and Parker Caracci got credit for both a blown save but also a win, giving up two runs (one earned) on three hits with three strikeouts in the final two innings.

Dunedin Blue Jays 0, Lakeland Flying Tigers (DET) 2
The Dunedin Blue Jays (31-39) saw their bats go silent, getting just five hits and losing 2-0 to the Lakeland Flying Tigers, wasting a strong pitching performance.
Playing shortstop, Hugo Cardona was 2-for-4 whiel Miguel Hiraldo was 1-for-4 and P.K. Morris was 1-for-2 with two walks. Jose Rivas was 1-for-3 with a walk.
Alejandro Melean allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits (one HR) with a walk and three strikeouts over five innings to take the loss and Jefferson Herrera walked three in two innings and Julian Valdez allowed a hit and a walk with four strikeouts in the final two innings.

Roster Notes: Anthony Morales was assigned to the Buffalo Bisons and Willfrann Astudillo was sent to Dunedin from the FCL. Jiorgeny Casimir was promoted from the FCL to Dunedin while Wilgenis Alvarado and Rafael Ohashi were sent to the FCL from Dunedin.
FCL Blue Jays 14, FCL Tigers West 6
The FCL Blue Jays (11-8) came back rested and soundly beat the FCL Tigers West 14-6.
Catcher Victor Mesia had three hits, going 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI and two runs while at first base Glenn Santiago was 1-for-2 with three walks, a home run, two RBI, three runs and a stolen base. Leonel Callez was 2-for-2 with two RBI and Gabriel Martinez was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run. Amell Brazoban was 2-for-3 with a walk, a triple, an RBI and two runs and Adrian Montero was 1-for-4 with a triple and two RBI, scoring a run. Yhon Perez was 1-for-2 and also walked three times, scoring twice. Emmanuel Sanchez was 1-for-4 with a run and Junior Guzman was 1-for-4. Angel Del Rosario was 0-for-3 but wlaked, drove in a run and scored twice.
Cesar Ayala started, going three innings and giving up two runs (one earned) on five hits and a walk with two strikeouts. Edgar Castro struck out four and allowed just a hit in his two innings and Brayan Mejia got into trouble, giving up three runs on a hit and three walks in 2/3 of an inning, striking out one. Elieser Medrano finished the sixth, walking two and allowing one of two inherited runners to score. Soenni Martinez allowed four hits and a walk but struck out two over two innings to keep the Tigers off the board and Guillermo Villasmil finished it off, allowing a run on two hits and a walk with two strikeouts in the ninth.

DSL Blue Jays 7, DSL Padres 4
The DSL Blue Jays (4-4) evened their record at 4-4 by beating the DSL Padres 7-4 on the back of a huge game from Yeuni Munoz, the right fielder.
Munoz went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and three runs while Luis Garcia pushed his batting average to .417 with a 2-for-4 game, hitting a double, driving in two and scoring once. Victor Arias was 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run, as was Cristian Feliz who also added a walk. Manuel Beltre continues to struggle, going 0-for-5 but he stole a base and scored a run.
On the mound, Eliander Alcalde logged four innings, striking out six but also giving up two runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks. Gabriel Ochoa allowed a run on a hit and a walk in one inning and Jean Lopez allowed just one run on five hits with two walks and five strikeouts in four innings.
