The Toronto Blue Jays minor league affiliates were 2-3 in five games played on Friday.
Buffalo Bisons 2, Worcester Red Sox (BOS) 6
The Buffalo Bisons (45-27) fell 6-2 to the Worcester Red Sox on Friday night.
The Bisons scored two runs on five hits and two of those hits and both RBI came from Cullen Large was 2-for-3 with a double a walk and two RBI. Forrest Wall was 2-for-4 with a walk and Kevin Smith was 1-for-5 with a double and a run.
Nick Allgeyer started and surrendered two runs on two hits (one HR) with two walks and two strikeouts over 1 1/3 innings and Jon Harris, recently promoted to Buffalo, allowed four runs on three hits with two walks and one strikeout in 2 1/3 innings. Patrick Murphy went two innings with a walk and two strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings and Connor Overton threw two clean innings, striking out two and Bryan Baker finished it, allowing a hit and striking out one in the eighth.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 5, Portland Sea Dogs (BOS) 3
With Austin Martin traded to the Minnesota Twins, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (34-37) had a bit of a new look lineup in a 5-3 win over the Portland Sea Dogs.
Demi Orimoloye (Orleans, Ont.) brought his A-game, going 3-for-4 with a home run, RBI, two runs and stolen base. Samad Taylor went 2-for-5 with with two RBI, a run and a stolen base and Chavez Young was 2-for-5 with a stolen base. Otto Lopez (Montreal, Que.) was 1-for-5 with a double and two RBI and Kevin Vicuna was 1-for-4. Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) was 1-for-4 with a run and a stolen base. Nick Podkul was 0-for-2 but walked twice and scored, stealing a base.
Johnny Barbato went five innings, giving up one run on four hits with one strikeout to get the win. Emerson Jimenez tossed a scoreless sixth and Brody Rodning allowed two runs on two hits in 2/3 of an inning with Sean Rackoski allowing both inherited runners to score, giving up a hit and striking out two in 1 1/3 innings. Mike Ellenbest earned the save, striking out one in the ninth.

Vancouver Canadians 11, Spokane Indians (COL) 15
The Vancouver Canadians (34-42) scored 10 runs for the third consecutive game but lost this time, falling 15-11.
Davis Schneider had a huge game for the Canadians, going 3-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and two runs while Rafael Lantigua was 3-for-5 with a double, three RBI and a run, stealing a base. Luis De Los Santos was 2-for-6 with a run and D.J. Neal was 2-for-5 with a double and a run, and stealing a base. Ronny Brito was 1-for-4 with a home run, a walk and two RBI. Sebastian Espino was 1-for-2 with a run before leaving the game and Eric Rivera was 1-for-3 with a walk. Will Robertson was 1-for-5 with a double, a walk, an RBI and two runs and Spencer Horwitz was 1-for-2 with two walks and two runs. Andres Guerra was 1-for-4 with a walk.
Brian Rapp started and gave up four runs on three hits (one HR) with two walks in one inning and Alex Nolan (Burlington, Ont.) gave up five runs on eight hits (one HR) with two walks and two strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings. Will McAffer (North Vancouver, B.C.) took the loss, giving up five runs on three hits (two HR) with three walks and four strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings and Parker Caracci surrendered a run on three hits (one HR) with three strikeouts in the final 2 1/3 innings.

Dunedin Blue Jays 12, Bradenton Marauders (PIT) 5
The Dunedin Blue Jays' (34-41) brought the lumber and beat the Bradenton Marauders 12-5.
Addison Barger was 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, two walks, two RBI and two runs. Dasan Brown (Oakville, Ont.) also had a pair of hits and three walks, picking up a double, an RBI and two runs. Harrison Ray went 2-for-4 with a walk, two RBI and runs. PK Morris was 1-for-3 with two walks, an RBI and two runs while Miguel Hiraldo was 1-for-3 with three walks, an RBI and two runs. Hugo Cardona hit a double, going 1-for-4 with a walk and RBI and Jose Ferrer was 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and two RBI. Steward Berroa walked twice, going 0-for-4 with an RBI and a run.
On the mound was Alejandro Melean who allowed four runs (three earned) on three hits (one HR) and three walks with three strikeouts in two innings. Geison Urbaez allowed a run on three hits and a walk with six strikeouts over four innings. Elixon Caballero allowed a hit and struck out three in the seventh and Jefferson Herrera finished it, giving up a hit and striking out two in two innings.

FCL Blue Jays 4, FCL Tigers West 5
The FCL Blue Jays (12-10) fell 5-4 to the FCL Tigers West despite attempting a comeback in the top of the ninth.
Amell Brazoban had a huge game, going 4-for-5 with a triple, a home run and an RBI, scoring three times. Gabriel Martinez was 2-for-3 with a double, two walks, an RBI and a run. Rainer Nunez was 1-for-4 with a walk and two RBI. Darlin Guzman was 1-for-4 and Adrian Montero was 1-for-4.
Michael Dominguez allowed four runs on seven hits (one hitter), striking out three and Jonatan Bernal went the final five innings, allowing a run on eight hits with a walk and four strikeouts.
