The Blue Jays' minor league affiliates got just one win, with the Vancouver Canadians coming up big.
Buffalo Bisons 4, Worcester Red Sox 9
The Worcester Red Sox jumped all over Buffalo Bisons' (9-4) starter T.J. Zeuch, scoring seven early runs on their way to a 9-4 win over the visiting Bisons.
Zeuch allowed seven runs on nine hits (including four home runs) with just one walk, striking out five in 4 2/3 innings to take the loss. Dany Jimenez finished the fifth, striking out the only batter he faced while Nick Allgeyer allowed two runs on a hit and two walks in 1 1/3 innings, striking out one. James Dykstra allowed a hit and a walk in 2/3 of an inning, allowing both inherited runners from Allgeyer to score and Ty Tice finished it off, walking two in the eighth.
Shortstop Kevin Smith went deep, going 1-for-4 with a three-run home run while Riley Adams was 2-for-4 with a triple and a run. Forrest Walll hit a double, going 1-for-4 and Christian Colon (1-for-5), Tyler White (1-for-3, BB, R), Dilson Herrera (1-for-4, RBI) and Richard Urena (1-for-3, BB) each had a hit.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 6, Portland Sea Dogs (BOS) 12
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (5-8) opened up a new series with the Portland Sea Dogs and, though they took an early 2-0 lead, eventually fell 12-6.
Elvis Luciano started out strongly, and ultimately went 4 1/3 innings, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits with three walks and two strikeouts before Graham Spraker allowed one of his two inherited runners to score, walking two and striking out one. Emerson Jimenez allowed three run son three hits with two walks and two strikeouts in two innings and Sam Ryan was hit hard, allowing five hits (two HRs) and two walks, culminating in five runs in one inning. Connor Law allowed an unearned run with one strikeout in the ninth.
Playing second base, Otto Lopez continues to mash, going 3-for-5 with a double, a run, an RBI and two stolen bases but also made an error. Gabriel Moreno was 1-for-5 but hit a three-run home run and drove in four while Nick Podkul (1-for-4) and Samad Taylor (1-for-3, BB) each hit a double. Reggie Pruitt (1-for-4, R) hit a triple while Jordan Groshans was 1-for-3 before coming out of the game for Vinny Capra. LJ Talley had his first double-A hit and Demi Orimoloye (Orleans, Ont.) was 1-for-5.

Vancouver Canadians 13, Hillsboro Hops (ARI) 4
The Vancouver Canadians' (9-4) offense got rolling, scoring six in the third and then another six runs over the final three innings, churning out 18 hits for a 13-4 win over the Hillsboro Hops.
Playing first base, Ryan Gold was 3-for-5 with two double, three RBI and two runs. Cameron Eden is also on a hot streak and went 3-for-5 with an RBI, three runs and two stolen bases. Tanner Morris was 3-for-4 with two walks, two RBI and two runs while Luis De Los Santos (2-for-6, 2 RBI, 2 R), Phil Clarke (2-for-5, R) and Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) (2-for-6, RBI, R) each had two hits. Spencer Horwitz was 1-for-3 with three walks and a run, stealing a base and Sebastian Espino, playing third base, was 1-for-4 with three RBIs and a run. Rafael Lantigua was 1-for-4 with a double, a walk and an RBI.
The starter was Sean Wymer who allowed two runs on five hits and three walks with four strikeouts in four innings. Brayden Bouchey (Vancouver, B.C.) just pitched 1/3 of an inning, allowing a run on two walks with two hit batter and Marcus Reyes relieved him, allowing two hits and striking out three in 2 2/3 innings. Will McAffer (North Vancouver, B.C.) finished it, allowing a run on two hits and three walks with five strikeouts in two innings.

Dunedin Blue Jays 4, Clearwater Threshers (PHI) 5
The Dunedin Blue Jays (3-10) kept it close to the Clearwater Threshers, but ended up falling 5-4 in 10 innings.
The offence knocked out eight hits with Jhon Solarte going 2-for-3 with a double. Also hitting doubles were Orelvis Martinez (1-for-4, BB, 2 RBI, SB), and Miguel Hiraldo (1-for-5, R) while PK Morris was 1-for-5 with two RBI, Zach Britton was 1-for-4 with a run and a walk and Addison Barger was 1-for-5 with three strikeouts. Mack Mueller was 1-for-3 with a walk while Justin Ammons walked twice, going 0-for-2 with a run.
On the mound was Naswell Paulino, who allowed two runs on five hits and four walks in 4 1/3 innings, striking out four. Julian Valdez tossed 2 2/3 innings, allowing just one hit (a solo home run) and striking out four while Adrian Hernandez took the loss, giving up two runs (one unearned) on two hits with two walks and four strikeouts in two innings.
