Blue Jays from Away
The Blue Jays' affiliates went 2-1 in three games played on Wednesday with rain outs for the Fisher Cats and Lugnuts.
Buffalo Bisons 4, Lehigh Valley IronPigs 0
The Buffalo Bisons (33-30) rode T.J. House's great start to beat Mark Appel and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs 4-0 on Wednesday. House went six innings, allowing just five hits and a walk with five strikeouts to earn the win. Matt Dermody allowed two hits and a walk in his 1 2/3 innings and Leonel Campos walked two but got four outs to finish the game.
The Buffalo Bisons got 10 hits including three from Christian Lopes who was 3/3 with a double. Every other start with the exception of Jason Leblebijian had a hit and Rowdy Tellez was 1/4 with two RBI. Ian Parmley was 1/4 with a walk and a run while Mike Ohlman was 1/3 with a walk. Steven Pearce was 1/3 with an RBI and a run.
Player of the Game: Christian Lopes and T.J. House
Roster Notes: Dwight Smith, Jr. was recalled by the Blue Jays and Jose Mayorga was activated off the DL.

Game postponed due to rain.
Dunedin Blue Jays 0, Palm Beach Cardinals 1
The Dunedin Blue Jays wasted a strong performance by Ryan Borucki to lose 1-0 to the Palm Beach Cardinals. Borucki went seven innings, allowing just one unearned run on four hits and a walk with a whopping 10 strikeouts despite taking the loss. Danny Young finished the game with a scoreless eighth.
The offense was very sparse for the Blue Jays with just four hits, one each from Cavan Biggio, Juan Kelly, Connor Panas (Toronto, Ont.) and Josh Almonte.
Player of the Game: Ryan Borucki
Roster Notes: George Carroll, a 29-year-old minor league free agent signed in February, was assigned to Dunedin. Word is that he's going to be a coach and might be a player-coach for the remainder of this season.
Lansing Lugnuts, South Bend Cubs
Game postponed due to rain.
Roster Notes: Osman Gutierrez was suspended.
DSL Blue Jays 7, DSL Mariners 5
The DSL Blue Jays beat the DSL Mariners 7-5 on Wednesday. The Blue Jays combined for 13 hits including three each from Hector Guerrero (3/5, R) and Kenny Mauricio (3/4, 2B, RBI). Leonicio Ventura was 2/4 with a double, two RBI and three stolen bases while Jose Briceno was 2/3 with two walks and two runs, adding three stolen bases. Yeison Estevez was 2/4 with an RBI and a run.
Joi Concepcion was stellar in the start, going four innings with three hits allowed and six strikeouts. Elixon Caballero allowed two unearned runs in the fifth inning and Alexander Molina got the win despite allowing three runs in 1 2/3 innings. Luis Mendoza pitched 1 1/3 innings of scoreless ball and Yunior Hinojosa got the save with a scoreless ninth.
