The Blue Jays' affiliates were close to a perfect day, going 5-1 over six games with just the Vancouver Canadians losing.
Buffalo Bisons 10, Syracuse Mets (NYM) 5
The triple-A Buffalo Bisons won again, beating the Syracuse Mets 10-5 on Sunday, getting 17 hits and striking out 18.
The Bisons had 17 hits including two home runs and eight doubles. Billy McKinney was 4/5 with a home run and two RBI and Socrates Brito was 3/5 with two doubles and a home run, taking a walk, driving in a run and scoring twice. Bo Bichette was 2/6 with a double, an RBI and two runs and Jordan Patterson was 2/6 with a double, two RBI and a run. Richard Urena was 2/5 with a double and three RBI. Michael De La Cruz was 2/4 with two doubles, a walk and a run and Roemon Fields was 1/4 with a walk and a run.
Sean Reid Foley had a rough start, tossing three innings and giving up four runs on three hits (including a home run) and four walks with six strikeouts. Tayler Saucedo got the win, striking out six in three innings, allowing a run on three hits. Kirby Snead struck out two in the seventh while Buddy Boshers struck out two in the eighth, walking one and Ty Tice tossed the ninth, striking out another two.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 7, Portland Sea Dogs (BOS) 2
The double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats had Patrick Murphy and Yennsy Diaz on the mound to limit the Portland Sea Dogs to two runs in a 7-2 win.
Murphy went three innings, giving up two runs on three hits and two walks, striking out four. Yennsy Diaz gave up just two hits and two walks, striking out seven over six innings to pick up his seventh win.
Forrest Wall had an outstanding game, going 3/3 with a home run and a walk, driving in run and scoring three. Vinny Capra was 2/4 with an RBI and a run. Nash Knight was 1/4 with an RBI and Josh Palacios was 1/4. Chad Spanberger hit another home run, going 1/4 with a solo blast while Logan Warmoth was 1/2 with a double, two walks and a stolen base. Brock Lundquist was 1/4 with an RBI and a run.

Dunedin Blue Jays 4, Lakeland Flying Tigers (DET) 1
The Dunedin Blue Jays won the first half of the scheduled doubleheader, beating the Lakeland Flying Tigers 4-1.
Kacy Clemens hit a home run, going 1/2 with a walk and two RBI and Cal Stevenson was 1/4 with two RBI. Demi Orimoloye (Orleans, Ont.) was 1/3 with a run and Ryan Noda was 0/1 with two walks and a run.
Joey Murray had another strong start, bringing his ERA down to 1.55 with 6 2/3 innings of one-hit, one-run, two-walk ball, striking out eight. Kyle Weatherly allowed one of his two inherited runners to score, giving up two hits in 1/3 of an inning.

Dunedin Blue Jays, Lakeland Flying Tigers (DET)
Second game postponed due to rain.
Lansing Lugnuts 3, Lake County Captains (CLE) 2
The low-A Lansing Lugnuts rallied in the ninth inning and got a bases-loaded walk to go ahead in the top half and held on for the bottom, beating the Lake County Captains 3-2.
Cobi Johnson tossed three innings, giving up an unearned run on two hits with three strikeouts before Joey Pulido took over, tossing two scoreless innings, allowing a hit and two walks with three strikeouts. Will McAffer (North Vancouver, B.C.) allowed an unearned run on a hit with three strikeouts in three innings and Juan Nunez got the save, giving up a hit and striking out one.
The Lugnuts made the most of their six hits, with Gabriel Moreno going 2/4 with a double, a walk, an RBI and a run while Hunter Steinmetz was 1/3 with a walk and two runs while Reggie Pruitt was 1/4 with a stolen base. Griffin Conine was 1/5 with an RBI and Otto Lopez was 1/5.

Vancouver Canadians 4, Everett AquaSox (SEA) 6
The class-A Short-Season Vancouver Canadians couldn't keep their momentum going, following a big win on Saturday with a 6-4 loss to the Everett AquaSox.
Yorman Rodriguez continues to be one of the offensive bright spots for the Canadians, going 3/5 with two runs while Will Robertson was 3/4 with two doubles, a walk, an RBI and a run. Davis Schneider was 2/5 with a double and two RBI while Tanner Morris (1/4, BB), Trevor Schwecke (1/5) and Brett Wright (1/3, BB) each had a hit. Adrian Ramos was 0/3 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base.
Nick Fraze started, allowing just three hits over three innings but Alex Nolan (Burlington, Ont.) gave up three runs on six hits (including a home run) over four frames, striking out three. Gage Burland surrendered an unearned run on two hits with two strikeouts in the eighth and Parker Caracci allowed two runs in the ninth, giving up three hits and two walks with one strikeout.

Bluefield Blue Jays 7, Princeton Rays (TB) 1
The Bluefield Blue Jays (Rookie Ball) got a strong start and scored seven times to beat the Princeton Rays 7-1.
Roither Hernandez had a great outing, allowing just an unearned run on three hits with one walk and six strikeouts over five innings. Yunior Hinojosa allowed a hit and struck out one in two innings and Adams Cuevas allowed a hit and struck out four in two innings.
Spencer Horwitz had a 3/5 game with a home run and two RBI, scoring twice while Miguel Hiraldo was 3/5 with an RBI and a run. Joseph Reyes was 2/5 with a home run in his third straight game, driving in one and scoring twice. Patrick Morris was 2/5 with a run and Angel Camacho was 1/4 with a double and two RBI, adding a walk while Steward Berroa was 1/5 with a stolen base and a run and Anthony Morales was 1/4 with a walk.
