The Toronto Blue Jays' minor leaguers had two games on the go on Victoria Day Monday, getting a win in Lansing and a loss in Dunedin, despite the presence of two big league stars in the D-Jays' lineup.

Buffalo Bisons

Roster Notes: Connor Eller was sent from the Buffalo Bisons to the Dunedin Blue Jays.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Portland Sea Dogs

Game postponed due to wet grounds.

Dunedin Blue Jays 6, Fort Myers Miracle 13

Despite the fact that two big league stars were in the starting lineup, the Dunedin Blue Jays got hammered 13-6 by the Fort Myers Miracle. Both Josh Donaldson and Troy Tulowitzki started for Dunedin but neither of them got a hit. Donaldson was 0/2 with two strikeouts and Tulowitzki was 0/2 with a walk. The only Blue Jay who did much damage was Max Pentecost, playing DH, who was 2/4 with a double, a walk and four RBI. Josh Almonte was also 2/4 and drove in a run while Mike Reeves (Peterborough, Ont.) was 0/2 but walked three times.

T.J. Zeuch started for Dunedin and was hit hard, giving up eight runs on 10 hits and two walks in five innings with five strikeouts. Connor Eller went 2/3 of an inning and gave up two runs on two hits and three walks while Philip Walby stranded the bases loaded and struck out three of the five batters he faced, going 1 1/3 innings. Adonys Cardona had another rough outing, giving up three runs in one inning by walking three and allowing two hits and Ryan Cook allowed all three runners inherited from Cardona to score when he relieved him in the ninth inning, walking two and striking out two.

Roster Notes: Connor Eller was assigned to Dunedin and Jared Carkuff was sent to extended spring training. Josh Donaldson was added to Dunedin on a rehab assignment.

Lansing Lugnuts 10, Lake County Captains 3

The Lansing Lugnuts had a big offensive outburst in the second inning facing one-time first overall pick Brady Aiken and the pitching staff was strong throughout the game, allowing the Lugs to beat the Lake County Captains 10-3 on Monday. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (Montreal, Que.) was 3/4 with a double, a walk and a run and Bradley Jones drove in three with two doubles, going 2/5 with two runs. Christian Williams continues to be hot, going 2/4 with a double and an RBI while Bo Bichette had another multi-hit game with a single, a double, a walk, an RBI and a run. Jake Thomas drove in two, going 1/5 with a double.

Tayler Saucedo started, striking out four in 4 2/3 innings but gave up two runs on three hits and three walks. Chris Hall got the win, going another 2 1/3 innings and giving up a solo home run among three hits and a walk. Geno Encina finished the game with two innings, allowing a hit and a walk with two strikeouts.
