Lineups announced for 1st annual Brantford Red Sox alumni game

BRANTFORD - The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) and Brantford Red Sox Alumni Association are proud to announce the teams for the Homerun for Hospice Alumni Game to be played this Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Arnold Anderson Stadium.

The two teams will be called Team Aucoin and Team Clarke. Team Aucoin will be managed by Paul Solarski and Jamie Rose. Team Clarke will be managed by Adam Clarke and Geoff Allen.

The following alumni players will be playing for Team Aucoin: Tyler Soucie, Robert Ramsdale, Jamie Richmond, Min Soo Kim, Lee Delfino, Hyung Cho, Tyler Patzalek, Josh McCurdy, Joe Colemeco, Nic Weglarz, Adam Vella, Al Stephens, Dan Mendam, Brandon Corke, Nic Burnell, Chris Baker, Mike Bonnano, and Larry Ellins.

The following alumni players will be playing for Team Clarke: Stefan Strecker, Brad Hogeterp, John Mariotti, Graham Tebbit, Wayne Forman, Tyler Burnell, Bryon Bell, Brandon Dailey, Josh Gotwalt, Raul Borjas, Nick Burdett, Tyler Moe, Chris Stewart, Ryan Land, Craig Kennedy, Mike Anderson, Brody Ramey, Chad Elmy

The game will be aired live on the Intercounty Baseball League YouTube channel starting at 12:15pm.

The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL), in its 102nd year of operation, is the best baseball league in Canada, boasting ex-major league professional and elite NCAA college baseball players. The IBL is the fifth-longest continually operated baseball league in the world and serves as a valuable training ground for coaches, umpires, and front office staff. More than 40 IBL players have advanced to Major League Baseball or returned to the IBL following their MLB careers.
