London Majors' alum Miller lands with Mariners

Former London Majors outfielder Myles Miller is on his way to Arizona to join the Seattle Mariners in spring training.

The Windsor, Ont. ,native was acquired by the Majors at the 2019 deadline and proceeded to bat .375 with four triples, 11 RBIs and six stolen bases in 19 games.

Following the 2019 campaign, Miller signed with the Boise Hawks of the independent Pioneer League, where he batted .339 with 131 hits - including seven home runs - while knocking in 52 in 94 games.

The 25-year-old outfielder, who is a graduate of the Windsor Selects program, also suited up for East Side of the independent United Shore League in 2020, hitting .245 in 17 contests.
