The Okotoks Dawgs lost 6-3 to the Moose Jaw Miller Express on Monday night to snap their 13-game winning streak.

With the loss, the Dawgs move to 23-6 on the season.

Cole Cramer and Caleb Lumbard (Regina, Sask.) had two hits each for the Dawgs, while Ricky Sanchez hit a two-run double in the top of the 9th.

In total, the Dawgs mustered only six hits in the loss.

On the mound, Gavin Wuschke (Regina, Sask.) was dominant in his start for the Dawgs, tossing three scoreless innings in which he didn’t allow a hit and he struck out two batters.

The Dawgs will wrap up the two-game series with the Miller Express at Ross Wells Park on Wednedsay with first pitch set for 7:05 p.m.
