Official Ontario Blue Jays News Release
The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that C Luca Boscarino (Mississauga, Ont.) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Connors State College (NJCAA DI - Warner, OK).
Boscarino joined the Ontario Blue Jays in 2015 as a 13-year-old and has grown up in the program, playing for almost every coach within the OBJ walls over his six-year OBJ Career. He has been a staple on every single OBJ team he's suited up for leading from behind the plate and off-the-field as well.
Boscarino will join a perennial powerhouse in the Connors State Cowboys, lead by Hall of Fame head coach Perry Keith. The Cowboys were off to another strong start in 2020 before the pandemic shut down posting a 16-5 record, heading into conference play.
Boscarino will look to bring his leadership and hard-nosed play to Warner next Fall and help the Cowboys push towards another visit to Grand Junction. He will be the 50th Ontario Blue Jays players to attend Connors State College.
