Official Ontario Blue Jays News Release

The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that INF Aidan McAskie (Toronto, Ont.) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Chattanooga State Community College (NJCAA DI - Chattanooga, TN).

McAskie joined the Ontario Blue Jays in 2016 as a 13-year-old and has grown up in the program.

Playing for head coaches Eddie Largy, Francis Cubos, Mike Siena, Sean Bignall and Mike Steed over his five-year OBJ career, McAskie played a pivotal role in the OBJ Collegiate Roster's run at the World Championships in Fort Myers, Fla.

McAskie will join a strong Chattanooga State Tigers program lead by Coach Greg Dennis. He will join an undoubtably talented roster and look to jump right into the middle of the line up for the Tigers line up as a Freshman.

McAskie will be the third Ontario Blue Jays player to attend Chattanooga State Community College.
