RHP Noah Skirrow earned a spot of the 17u Perfect Game Scouting Service Tournament All-American Second Team.

Perfect Game’s best from the past spring, summer, and fall events that were named to the PG Tournament All-American Teams were considered. A total of 54 players were named to the First and Second team. Combined the 54 players selected to the first and second team, 221 All-Tournament honors were earned. Skirrow was the lone Canadian selected.

Skirrow (Stoney Creek, Ont.) of the New Jersey-based Tri-State Arsenal Prime attended seven events in 2016. He allowed 24 hits and five walks, while striking out 33 in 26 1/3 innings (a strikeout per seven innings ratio of 8.77). He allowed two earned runs for an 0.53 ERA going 3-0.
  
The former Ontario Blue Jays RHP pitched the opener for Tri-State last October at the 88-team PG World Wood Bat championships in Jupiter, Fla. The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder’s fastball was clocked at 90-plus.

Headed to pitch for the Liberty University Flames, he showed a curve ball with depth and spin. Skirrow allowed one run on one hit in his 2 1/3 innings, throwing 45 pitches (30 for strikes)  

In his second outing he pitched 6 2/3 innings in a 2-1 win over FTB Mizuno. Skirrow allowed seven hits, walked one and one unearned run. He threw 105 pitches (74 for strikes) before bullpen help arrived. His best fastball was clocked at 89.7 as he earned all-tourney team honors.
