The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) announced its HRD Bat Co Players of the Week for the week of June 18 to 23.
Tanner Rempel (Abbotsford, B.C.), of the Hamilton Cardinals, went 5-for-9 with eight RBIs and three runs scored to help the Cardinals to two wins over the Toronto Maple Leafs. For the season, Rempel is batting .333 with a home run and 11 RBIs.

Evan Grills (Whitby, Ont), of the Guelph Royals, was awarded the Pitcher of the Week after striking out 13 batters in eight innings against the Brantford Red Sox. Grills only gave up four hits and one run in that outing.
