Seaman Stadium in running for best ballpark

Okotoks, AB — BallparkDigest.com has nominated Seaman Stadium, home of the Okotoks Dawgs, as one of the best summer collegiate ballparks in North America.
In an article posted July 2, Seaman Stadium was nominated along with 63 other stadiums from 15 different summer collegiate leagues in a month-long online poll to determine the best summer collegiate ballpark.
Seaman Stadium was nominated alongside other Western Major Baseball League facilities such as RE/MAX Field (Edmonton Prospects) and Spitz Stadium (Lethbridge Bulls). Royal Athletic Park, which is home to the Victoria HarbourCats of the West Coast League, was also nominated.
Voting is open now for the Play-In Round to narrow the field down to 32 and closes July 7 at 1 p.m.
In total, there are six rounds of voting running all month until July 22.
