Former Rockies outfielder Larry Walker, in his eighth year on the Hall of Fame ballot but still seeking to break the 25 percent vote barrier for the first time, hit .313 in his career. And it was a consistent .313. He hit .313 in the first half of a season during his career and he hit .313 in the second half. He also hit .301 or better in every month of a season.
