WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has released broadcast and streaming details for the Baseball Americas Olympic Qualifier that begins on May 31 and runs through June 5.

CBC Sports will stream all Opening Round games of the eight-team tournament including all of Team Canada’s games starting May 31 with Canada taking on Colombia (7 p.m. E.T.) at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach.

Canada will travel to St. Lucie and Clover Park to face Cuba on June 1 ( 7 p.m. E.T.) before concluding Opening Round play against Venezuela on June 2nd (1 p.m. E.T.).

The winner of the WBSC Baseball Americas Qualifier will become the fifth national baseball team to advance to six-team Tokyo 2020 tournament, joining host Japan along with Korea, Mexico and Israel.

The second and the third-place teams in the Americas Olympic qualifier will join Australia, Chinese Taipei and Netherlands in the WBSC Baseball Final Qualifier in Mexico later in June.
