Brooks, Alta. – The Brooks Bombers would like to announce Nick White as the Head Coach for the 2021 season.

His experience, energy, and passion for the game set him apart from the other applicants. He is very connected within the game, and his ability to network with his many contacts will be a real plus for us in recruiting top-end players from NCAA, NAIA, and the JUCO ranks. He has established himself as an extremely hardworking and dedicated coach at Menlo College.

“This is a good day for Bomber Nation,” team officials said.

White spent 2012-2013 at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and earned All-Region honours on a team that finished second in the NCAA World Series. Before that, he spent time at Sonoma State and the College of San Mateo, where he earned first-team All-NorCal, second-team All-Conference and finished second at the CCCBA World Series.

After finishing his playing career in 2013, White decided to pursue coaching at Monterey Peninsula Community College, where he was hitting, catching, and strength coach for three seasons.

In 2016, he became the graduate assistant for San Jose State University, where he worked with players from every position, emphasizing catching. In 2017, White was hired as the Head Assistant Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator for Menlo College (NAIA).

Although hitting and catching are his specialty, he was the head pitching coach for the 2017 season. White is also the founder and Head Coach for Menlo’s JV baseball program. He has been a top hitting, catching, and pitching coach and 3B / 1B coach and head recruiting coordinator in his nine years of collegiate coaching.
