White, Premier's premier arm, headed to Dawgs Academy

Since joining the Premier Sports Academy’s development program, Hudson White (St. John’s, Nfld.) has logged a significant amount of time training, and is seeing first-hand the results of his hard work.

Over the last several months, the young left-hander has garnered the attention of many great programs, and is a highly touted recruit in the 2024 class.

“Hudson is not only one of the top up-and-coming players in our program, but in the country,” said Tyler Hollick, general manager of the Okotoks Dawgs Academy. “Long limbs, left handed, fast arm and very athletic. We are excited to see him develop over the years and continue to refine his game to maximize his baseball career. Hudson is a tremendous kid with a great work ethic. I have no doubt he will work hard and represent his [family] name, as well as the Dawgs name, very well.”

At 14 years of age, White has a clear vision of where he wants to be when he finishes high school and he’s setting his sights on the upper echelon of collegiate baseball.

With more than $2.3 million in scholarships secured by the Dawgs Academy over the last few years, it is easy to see that his future will be in good hands.

While he waits to join the Dawgs Academy, White will continue to hone his craft at the Premier Sports Academy under the direct tutelage of his pitching coach, Noah Anderson (2014 OUA champion, Brock University Badgers pitching coach), and his strength and conditioning coach, Dan Hearn (masters of athletic training, University of Houston).

When he finally steps foot in the Dawgs Academy, he will be more than prepared for that next step on his baseball journey.
