Game 4 - Division Finals
Western Division
Medicine Hat 2 at Edmonton Prospects 3 (10 innings)
(Series Tied 2-2)
With catcher Anthony Cusati standing on third, Medicine Hat reliever Barry Caine uncorked a wild pitch. Caine raced home for the Prospects victory which also sent the series to a winner take all game 5.
The 1,242 fans at ReMax Field witnessed a couple of very impressive pitching performances.
Josh Sieglitz was the Prospect starter and pitched 3 2/3 innings before handing the ball to reliever Braedan Alleman, who had a fantastic outing. The sophomore from UBC threw five scoreless innings to help the Prospects win and send the series to a final showdown on Friday.
Jared Libke started for Medicine Hat and went 7 2/3 innings allowing just two runs on nine hits. Barry Caine was summoned from the bullpen and took the loss.

Eastern Division
Weyburn 4 at Regina 10
(Series tied 2-2)
Regina rebounded from an early three-run deficit to outscore the Weyburn Beavers 10-4 and force a sudden death game 5.
Offensively for Regina, Brooks Stodler reached base four times with three hits and a walk. As well, Matt Deneau and Jahshua Jones each homered for the Red Sox.
Corey Harrell went yard for the second consecutive night for Weyburn.
Kyle Wilson had a quality start and a winning performance for the Red Sox. The Arizona product threw 118 pitches over seven innings allowing just four runs on six hits while fanning eight. At one point in the game Wilson, the Arkansas Tech junior, retired 16 of 17 Weyburn batters
Weyburn starter Chase Thometz was roughed up over his 3 2/3 innings of work. He was tagged for nine runs on eight hits and a walk.
Attendance at Currie Field was 540.
