The hallowed oak halls of Cooperstown are not the only place where one can see a Roy Halladay plaque. The late 2019 Hall of Famer has a plaque, along with other Philadelphia Phillies greats, at Jack Russell Stadium in Clearwater, Fla., the former spring training home of the Phillies.
