The Laurier Golden Hawks faced a tough test on the weekend with road trips to Brock and Western and didn’t come away with the results they were looking for as they were swept by Brock and split with Western.

This was a tight game until the fifth inning when Brock broke open a 1-1 tie by scoring four runs all with two out.  We played uncharacteristically poor defense and they made us pay.
