After dropping the series opener on Saturday, the Okotoks Dawgs got redemption with a 15-1 win over the Weyburn Beavers on Sunday afternoon.

With the victory, the Dawgs move to 26-8 on the season.

On Sunday, Titus Dumitru went 2-for-2 and registered two RBIs for the Dawgs, while Connor Crowson (Okotoks, Alta.) added two hits and an RBI.

Canon Reeder and Nash Crowell (Yarmouth, N.S.) also contributed a pair of hits and three RBIs each.

On the mound, Brody Forno (Okotoks, Alta.) started and struck out four in three scoreless innings in which he didn’t allow a hit.

The Dawgs will return home to Seaman Stadium on Tuesday to start a two-game series against the Moose Jaw Miller Express.
