Official Trois-Rivières Aigles News Release

The Trois-Rivières Aigles have re-signed left-handed pitcher Nathan Landry.

The former Junior Aigles player is headed into his fourth professional season in 2025.

A 15th round pick of the Boston Red Sox in the 2022 MLB draft, the 25-year-old Landry (Victoriaville, Que.) pitched 82 innings in the affiliated ranks with the Red Sox from 2022 to 2024 with the Florida Complex League Red Sox (Rookie Level), Salem Red Sox (Level A) and Greenville Drive (Level A+).

After being released by the Red Sox last summer, Landry joined the Aigles and posted a 3.86 ERA, while striking out five in 4 2/3 innings, in five relief appearances.

The Aigles will begin their 12th season – and their fourth in the Frontier League – on May 8 when they visit the Sussex County Miners. They will then face the Evansville Otters and Gateway Grizzlies on the road before playing their home opener on May 20 at Quillorama Stadium against the Sussex County Miners.
